Number 5 – Dolph Ziggler The Showoff Dolph Ziggler as of now is a two-timeWorld Heavyweight Champion, four-time Intercontinental Champion, one time United States Championand the 2012 Money in the Bank winner.
But did you know he violated WWE’s wellnesspolicy? As the WWE say, “Dolph Ziggler is the kind of Superstar that makes women swoonand men wonder what they ever did to the universe that they didn’t get the gifts he has.
”Yeah… not sure what those “gifts” were but whatever they were, they certainly gaveZiggler his first strike of the Wellness Policy.
On the 10th of October 2008, Ziggler violatedWWE’s Wellness Policy and was suspended for 30 days.
Before he was suspended at thattime, he was last seen in a backstage segment which involved him introducing himself toMark Henry, Kane and Tony Atlas.
Number 4 – Rey Mysterio A fan favourite, Rey Mysterio, had a verysuccessful career in the WWE.
He is regarded as one of the best high-flyers in wrestlinghistory.
During his run in the WWE, Rey Mysterio won a total of 21 titles and he was the winnerof the 2006 Royal Rumble match! However, Rey Mysterio didn’t violate the Wellness Policyonce, he violated it twice so faced a 30-day suspension the first time and a 60-day suspensionthe second time.
It was said that Mysterio was suspended due to performance enhancingdrugs which he took.
Number 3 – Randy Orton Randy Orton aka The Viper, The Apex Predator,The Legend Killer, WAIT! Am I allowed to say the word Killer? Michael Cole says it allthe time when he apparently shouldn’t be so yeah it should be fine, is the creatorof the acclaimed finisher move, the RKO.
Randy Orton is a highly charismatic and popularwrestler in the WWE.
Orton is a 12-time world champion and is a very technical wrestlerin the ring.
However, Orton, like Mysterio, has been suspended twice for violating theWellness Policy and as the WWE’s policy goes, three strikes and you’re out! Orton’sfirst suspension was in 2007, where he alongside a number of other WWE superstars were involvedin a scandal known as the Signature Pharmacy Scandal.
His second suspension was announcedby the WWE on May 30th, 2012, and Orton was suspended for 60 days as a result.
Number 2 – Edge The Rated R Superstar Edge, who is retiredfrom professional wrestling, certainly made a name for himself in the WWE industry ashe has won an impressive 31 championships throughout his career ranging from the WWEChampionship, World Heavyweight Championship, Intercontinental Championship, United StatesChampionship, World Tag Team Championship and WWE Tag Team Championship.
However, in2007, Edge faced his first and only suspension when he violated the WWE Wellness Policy.
This was due to a scandal known as The Signature Pharmacy scandal, where a number of WWE superstarswere suspended after being identified as clients of Signature Pharmacy in Orlando, a companythat was found to have distributed steroids and prescription drugs to clients who hadnot gotten prescriptions from legitimate doctors.
Number 1 – Roman Reigns Oh Roman Reigns… What have you done! Youwere basically headlining every main event in every show and now you are suspended! Surethe fans are probably happy with your departure but c’mon, you let Vince down big time!He believed in you.

In all seriousness, it was reported on June21st, 2016, that Reigns was suspended for 30 days for his first violation of WWE's WellnessProgram.
He sent out this message on Twitter: “I apologize to my family, friends and fansfor my mistake in violating WWE’s wellness policy.
I own it.
” Accordingto Pro Wrestling Torch and TheWrap, WWE knew of Roman Reigns’ violation before Moneyin the Bank, which ultimately lead to Reigns being scripted to lose his world title atthe event.
